Frontier is the largest physician-owned dermatology practice in the Pacific Northwest, with 35 locations and 110 providers. Frontier Dermatology referral staff consists of 12 people processing and scheduling about 6,000 referrals a month. “We get about 25,000 faxes per month. Previously, we just manually sorted triage referrals and entered patient data for faxed referrals,” said Carly Mathena, Frontier’s Referral Manager.
