Frontier is the largest physician-owned dermatology practice in the Pacific Northwest, with 35 locations and 110 providers. Frontier Dermatology referral staff consists of 12 people processing and scheduling about 6,000 referrals a month. “We get about 25,000 faxes per month. Previously, we just manually sorted triage referrals and entered patient data for faxed referrals,” said Carly Mathena, Frontier’s Referral Manager. Downloading documents, uploading into patient charts, and searching for specific individuals led Frontier to be spending 5-7 days for processing referrals. “With Medsender AI, we are now able to do same day processing,” told Mathena.

• Search for a patient by name, date of birth, or referring practice
