  4. Instant Document Transmission: Sending a document to another Medsender user guarantees instant delivery, and the recipient has the ability to search through the document. Documents are sent in full color, original quality transmissions.

Medsender Connect will be released on August 12th at 9am EST. You won’t have to do anything other than login to make use of this new capability.

When you type in a fax number or email address in the Medsender app, pay attention to the input field. If it changes to purple and displays a lightning bolt icon, you know that you are communicating with another Medsender user or practice. In your inbox, look for the purple-outlined lightning bolt next to documents to identify those sent from Medsender users.

Step 3: Utilize Interactive Conversations

To initiate a conversation around a transmitted document, open the document in the Medsender app and click on the conversation icon. This will allow you to start a discussion with the sender or recipient directly within the app. Use this feature to clarify details, ask questions, or provide additional information related to the document.
